    I answered the trivia. You get hot chocolate from the hot cocoa hut. You can't change colors of an item if you are a member. You report people if they are breaking the rules and if you don't want to get in trouble you can ignore them.

      There is a chance they could've used a random e-mail and they could've used yours.

      You can delete the account by contacting Animal Jam and telling them the username and parent e-mail of the account.
